This beautiful, messy, meaningful work of being human.

Healing means making space for what’s real and true.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies.

I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, as well as trauma-informed mindfulness and breathwork practices. I’m also deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and often work with “parts” in therapy, helping clients build self-compassion and a stronger sense of inner connection.

I hold a postgraduate certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and offer focused services for psychedelic preparation and integration. I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those seeking a legally-available, alternative approach to emotional healing.

Outside my role as a therapist, I’m a mother of two teenage boys, a lifelong learner, and someone who finds joy in laughter, color, and creativity.

You’ll often find me with my dogs, in the kitchen, or experimenting with paint. These everyday joys shape how I show up in my work—grounded, curious, and deeply appreciative of the full complexity of being human. For me, healing isn’t just about working through pain, but also about reconnecting with joy, meaning, and all that makes us whole.

Over the years, my work has shaped me as much as I’ve shaped it. I’ve found the deepest meaning in walking with people through transitions, grief, and uncertainty. In a culture that often turns away from loss and vulnerability, I’ve learned to lean in. This work reveals what truly matters: our values, our relationships, and the parts of us that ache to be real.

What Inspires Me:

Poems that inspire me with their tenderness toward change, and their trust in the wisdom that emerges through vulnerability.
